Lowe’s Home Improvement one step closer to building in Leland

A remarkably expected house enhancement retailer could soon be starting design in Leland.

Lowe’s Household Improvement acquired preliminary zoning and web-site approach acceptance to develop a 113,860-sq.-foot store at the Leland City Center. The store will also incorporate a 27,720-sq.-foot backyard heart.

According to Leland scheduling director Ben Andrea, constructing permits have also been submitted and are pending acceptance now. A public provider department evaluation is the final hurdle just before design would be able to start. 

“Then, when the constructing permit payment is invoiced and compensated by the applicant, the making permit will be issued,” Andrea claimed.

The components retail outlet is slated for the corner of Ocean Gate Plaza and Gate Way Boulevard, behind Chick-Fil-A and Dunkin’ Donuts.
